By accessing or using Link Mail, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our service.
Link Mail is a webmail client for Google/Gmail accounts. We provide tools to view, send, organize, and manage emails and calendar entries through Google's official API infrastructure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use Link Mail for any illegal purposes or to distribute unsolicited communication (spam).
We use Google OAuth for authentication. Link Mail does not store your Google password. We only store the tokens necessary to access your account via Google APIs as permitted by you during the sign-in process.
Link Mail is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the service. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of Link Mail.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Link Mail at any time, for any reason, without notice.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of Link Mail after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
